At SMARTMARTNZ, we are committed to delivering high-quality, original products from trusted global suppliers. Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Eligibility:

We accept returns and issue refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  •   The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.      
                                                                   

If all criteria are met, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Returns will not be accepted for the following:

  •  Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incorrect size chosen (please refer to the size guide carefully before ordering).
  • Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Custom-made.
  • Personal-use items such as swimwear undergarments,, etc.

  Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

🔄 Exchange Policy:

If your item is defective or incorrect, we’ll gladly exchange it or issue store credit. Contact our support team before returning the item to receive approval and instructions.

📦 Return Process:

  1.  Email: Support@smartmartnz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

 📬 Return Address:

If a return is approved, you will receive the correct return address depending on the supplier or fulfilment partner. Some items may need to be returned to an international location.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved:

  •  Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

 📉 Restocking Fee (if applicable):

Non-defective returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and administrative costs.

  Delayed or Missing Refunds:

 If you haven’t received a refund after the stated time:

  1.    Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

 ⚠️ Branded & Limited-Edition Products:

Some branded or exclusive items may be marked as final sale and may not be eligible for return. Please confirm before purchase if you’re unsure.
